Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Ensure accuracy in product selection and packaging to minimize errors.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Scan items and verify inventory counts during the picking process.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and productivity goals.
- Load and unload trucks or containers as required.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills are necessary for order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
