Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and scanning devices
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
