Responsibilities
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and pick tickets to select and verify merchandise from inventory storage areas.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transport and damage prevention.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Load and unload trucks as required during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and error reduction.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
