Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and condition against work orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors, safely and according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all 5S workplace organization standards.
- Assist in inventory management cycles, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow issues and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
