Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to manage our inventory flow. As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve products from shelves based on customer orders and package them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Scan items using handheld scanners to ensure accurate stock levels and order accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage before packing and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Labeling: Apply appropriate shipping labels and barcodes to packages.
- Order Fulfillment: Meet daily production targets and workflow goals set by management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Math: Ability to read orders and handle basic arithmetic for inventory.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
