What You Will Do
Your primary responsibility will be ensuring inventory accuracy and efficiency in our shipping department.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with the highest level of accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and safety standards before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated areas.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
