Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and loaded onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety regulations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Load and unload pallets and totes safely.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy (using a tablet or scanner) is a plus but not required.
