Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise using handheld scanners and RF equipment to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Assemble, prepare, and inspect products for shipment, ensuring all items are securely packaged.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory on shelves and in the warehouse to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and warehouse protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery and hand tools as required by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
