Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific requirements and shipping labels.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and efficiency targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) in a warehouse setting.
- Basic reading and writing skills to follow picking tickets and safety instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
