Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld RF scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent shipping errors.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stock areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Skills: Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills for scanning and counting.
- Availability: Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
