Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy using handheld scanners and RF devices.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipment damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort, stage, and prepare pallets for shipment according to company standards.
- Follow safety protocols and operational procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks as needed, ensuring efficient inventory turnover.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work history.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
