Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas based on pick tickets and digital orders.
- Package items securely and accurately to prevent damage during transit.
- Scan barcodes and labels to ensure inventory accuracy and proper tracking within the WMS.
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and weighing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperatures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
