Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies immediately.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and speed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be available to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
