Responsibilities
- Perform efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring the safety of merchandise and personnel.
- Use warehouse management software to track inventory and log work activities accurately.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Must be available to work the overnight shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
