Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Execute efficient inventory movement and stacking operations with zero-incident record
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Mentor junior operators on safe handling techniques
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 3+ years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Proficiency with warehouse inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Successful background check and drug screening required
- High school diploma or equivalent
