Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately inventory and transport materials using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading operations
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and report equipment malfunctions
- Train new operators on warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of certified forklift operation experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
