Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Execute precise inventory management using WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements during peak operations
- Maintain equipment through daily inspections and preventative maintenance
- Train new operators on safety protocols and operational standards
- Document all material movements via digital tracking systems
- Support facility safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- OSHA-certified forklift operator (valid certification required)
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Proficient in WMS inventory management systems
- Exceptional spatial awareness and depth perception
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid state driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with RF scanning technology
