Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage inbound/outbound stock verification with barcode scanning systems
- Generate real-time inventory reports for leadership review
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock replenishment
- Maintain digital inventory records with 99.9% accuracy
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Audit vendor deliveries against purchase orders
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
