Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier scheduling
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate rates with ocean, air, and ground carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse receiving/distribution processes
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with customs brokers and international partners to ensure compliance
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics performance metrics
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including carriers, vendors, and clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination with international exposure
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and export compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
