Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes across domestic and international routes
- Optimize freight routes using TMS software to reduce costs by 15%
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams for flawless deliveries
- Generate and analyze shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain efficiency
- Manage compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with LTL/FTL experience
- Proficiency in TMS platforms (Blue Yonder, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and hazmat regulations
- Proven track record of reducing freight costs and improving on-time delivery
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- APICS or CSCMP certification preferred
