Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Optimize transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs and delivery times
- Manage inventory tracking and reconciliation using WMS systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries with proactive communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor compliance with shipping regulations and industry standards
- Generate performance reports and key metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred
