Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound/outbound shipments using TMS systems
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and packing lists
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams for timely deliveries
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Prepare monthly shipping reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, hazardous materials regulations, and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
