- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, land, and sea
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software
- Resolve logistics issues and communicate with carriers
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and delivery times
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs procedures
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
