Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and proactively resolve delays
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Optimize routing and freight spend through data-driven analysis
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping processes
- Maintain compliance with DOT/FAA and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) or equivalent preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Detail-oriented with proven accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license required
