- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipment delays and customer inquiries
- Implement sustainable shipping practices to reduce carbon footprint by 20%
- Train junior coordinators on transportation management systems and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS platforms (Manhattan, Descartes) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in CSCP or CPIM preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in route optimization and cost analysis
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder management across time zones
