Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments through transportation management systems
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Monitor KPIs and provide weekly shipping reports to management
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet customer delivery requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
