Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using TMS platforms
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and carrier issues
- Optimize routes and negotiate carrier rates
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams
- Maintain compliance with shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020
- Experience with customs clearance procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
