Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes, including booking, tracking, and documentation
- Manage customs compliance for international shipments and maintain regulatory records
- Optimize routing and carrier partnerships to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies through proactive communication with stakeholders
- Utilize TMS software to monitor real-time shipment status and exception management
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align shipping schedules
- Generate performance reports and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Certified in Logistics (CSCMP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with LTL/FTL shipping and cross-border documentation
- Proven track record of optimizing shipping costs and delivery timelines
