- Resolve customs clearance issues and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients for seamless operations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage inventory control and warehouse scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Certification in hazardous materials handling preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and export regulations
