Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract trailers using powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems
- Inspect and prepare shipments for optimal safety and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company best practices
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/loading experience with heavy equipment
- Valid forklift certification and pallet jack proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and work in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
