Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently following OSHA guidelines
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to company policies and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with occasional heavier items
- Willingness to operate provided warehouse equipment
