As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. We pride ourselves on a safety-first culture and provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment according to company standards and carrier requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce order cycle times.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
