Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices) for compliance
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS/WMS platforms
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and proactively communicate delays
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams
- Analyze shipping data to optimize costs and delivery times
- Maintain accurate shipment records and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; supply chain certification preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills with data analysis experience
