Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier management
- Optimize logistics workflows to minimize costs and maximize delivery efficiency
- Act as primary contact for clients regarding shipment status, inquiries, and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation using ERP systems
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams to align shipping schedules
- Analyze shipping metrics and implement process improvements for operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS platforms)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to resolve shipping delays and disruptions
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
