Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms)
- Optimize routing schedules to minimize costs and delivery times
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams for seamless operations
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time tracking updates
- Maintain accurate shipping databases and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environments
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
