Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms) with 99.9% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and provide proactive updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and collaborate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Maintain inventory records and reconcile shipping data with ERP systems
- Support cross-functional teams (sales, warehouse, procurement) with logistics expertise
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD) or supply chain management preferred
- Experience with LTL/FTL shipping and e-commerce fulfillment
