Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and ocean carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time shipment tracking updates
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and hazardous material protocols
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized shipping solutions
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ShipStation)
- OSHA Hazmat certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
