- Optimize routing to reduce transit costs by 15%
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet client delivery SLAs
- Generate monthly shipping performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTable experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- BS in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
