Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation and customs clearance
- Track shipments using logistics software and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate rates with carriers to reduce costs
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries proactively
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align shipping schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
