Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage inventory documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, and customs forms
- Optimize routing schedules to minimize costs and delivery times
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate loading and unloading procedures
- Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international shipping regulations
- Generate shipping reports and performance analytics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination or warehouse management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills for logistics challenges
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume operations
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Spanish bilingualism a significant advantage
- Supply chain certification (CSCP, CLTD) desirable
