Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize routing schedules to minimize transit times and reduce freight costs
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and proactively communicate delays to stakeholders
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams for integrated logistics support
- Monitor compliance with DOT, customs, and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, LTL/FTL shipping processes
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
