- Process orders, prepare shipping documents, and track deliveries in real-time
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping logs
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
- High school diploma; supply chain certification preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools
