Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using SAP and TMS systems
- Manage documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping delays and customs clearance issues
- Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or TMS)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
