Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation compliance and carrier selection
- Track inventory levels and manage warehouse receiving/distribution processes
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and maintain real-time shipment visibility
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
