Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes across domestic/international channels
- Manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and optimize freight costs
- Oversee documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, hazardous materials)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS and resolve transit disruptions
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate cycle counts
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination or warehouse management
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder)
- OSHA/Hazmat certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification and warehouse equipment experience
- Knowledge of Incoterms and export regulations
