Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities across multiple carriers and distribution channels
- Manage documentation compliance including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping manifests
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems and provide proactive status updates
- Resolve transportation delays and implement contingency solutions
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to optimize shipping schedules
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
