Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory control and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent orders
- Collaborate with sales/customers on delivery timelines and exceptions
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Prepare customs paperwork and ensure regulatory compliance
- Track shipments using TMS/WMS software and provide real-time updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with documentation accuracy
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
