Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping operations including order processing, documentation, and carrier scheduling
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse organization to ensure accuracy
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Analyze shipping data to optimize processes and reduce costs
- Train staff on shipping procedures and technology systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
