Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shipment records
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of Incoterms and export regulations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour a plus)
