Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order fulfillment, documentation, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies using ERP/WMS systems
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international partners
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate rates with transportation providers
- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Monitor shipments in transit and proactively resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations (Incoterms, customs compliance)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
